Our coaching studio is equipped with top notch and performing materials (Bulgarian sack, weighted jacket, dumbbells of 1 to 30 kg, squat bars, flexi-bars, exertubs, TRX, weighted bands, twist power, kettlers, etc …). And for warming-up, our cardio-training area proposes a Spinning Star Trac bike and a bike with backing.
